Dreadmill

3 miles on the treadmill this morning! Wore my Newtons and it was awesome! It feels so good to get back in the swing of runs.

Ok, quick commercial. The whole loose shorts over spands is the best thing EVER!! Of course, we has this in the 90's, just not as short and stylish. 

Nike has them in lots of colors at the moment.

I started with the Target version to see what I thought and I LOVE them. Freedom of the run short with the coverage of spandex!
